Finally stopped by Exotic Latin Food Truck over by Hudson as I felt like braving the walk. Found it there's literally a parking lot right by it so thanks. I had Honduran for the first time with a baleada, which is literally just a quesadilla but ig it's considered uniquely Honduran based off what they put in it. I think I had a carne asada one and it comes with beans and sour cream and cheese and more I don't remember. Don't really like beans or sour cream but good lord, this thing was amazing. Best latin food I've had in Columbus. The salsas were also just chef's kiss. First time having horchata and I've now been enlightened. Also amazing.
